When Elizabeth was doing some research for our new book titled The Contrarian Effect: Why It Pays (BIG) to Take Typical Sales Advice and Do The Opposite (Wiley, August '08) she stumbled upon this website. There is also a pretty much guaranteed way to get a live human being, at least with financial institutions that gave you a loan. If you're late, it's amazing how fast you're transferred to a human even if you'd rather not! hmmm incentives DO matter!
